신시내티 천문대가 주관하는 Scope Out 행사는,
신시내티 아마추어 별쟁이들이 자기 망원경 가지고 나와 자랑하는 천문덕후 페스티발입니다.
이 양반들 망원경 뿐 아니라,
19세기 당시 세계 2위, 미국 1위의 굴절망원경을 들여다 볼 수 있는 기회도 주어집니다.
싸게 중고 망원경이나 장비를 구입할 수 있으니 현금도 준비해 오시면 좋죠 (현금만 받는걸로 기억합니다)
Join us for our annual Telescope Festival, ScopeOut 2023!
Want to see the coolest telescopes in the Tri-state? Want to look through a telescope to see the stars and Saturn? Join the members of the Cincinnati Observatory as we celebrate the telescope. Dozens of astronomers will set up their telescopes and share their knowledge, passion, and expertise between 6-8 pm. Then as darkness falls, from 8-10 pm they will share views through their own telescopes (weather permitting).
Great for beginners and longtime stargazers alike. Bring your own telescope and get advice from experts.
Tickets: $12/adult, $7/child (ages 3-17)
