Study for Pregnant Women Whose Babies Are At Risk for Developing Allergies, Eczema and/or Asthma
What
A study to look at whether giving a group of bacteria typically found in the gut of a healthy baby to infants with a small amount of breastmilk or formula may help prevent and treat allergic diseases
Who
Pregnant women and their healthy infants up to 7 days old who are at risk for developing allergic disease may be eligible. One of the baby's parents or siblings must have asthma, seasonal allergies, atopic dermatitis (eczema) or food allergy.
Pay
Up to $700 plus food and gas reimbursement
